RETREATS AT PATTHANA GARDEN
These are an exclusive opportunity in the beautiful Patthana Garden to embark on a journey to nurture your body, heart and soul. Through guided mediations, fire ceremony, water ceremony and connecting to nature we explore ways to let go of negative states of being and embrace new beginnings. These days will help you rest in the stillness of your true heart and then return home with a renewed sense of well-being. Price €130 includes tea & scones on arrival, home-cooked vegetarian lunch (organic and local where possible) plus afternoon tea & cake. Places are strictly limited.
