Spring Retreat at Patthana Garden and House
Time & Location
About the Event
This is an exclusive opportunity in the beautiful Patthana Garden and House to embark on a journey to nurture your heart and soul (this is a mainly indoor event, access to the garden weather permitting). Through guided meditations, mindfulness exercises, fire ceremony and connection with nature we explore ways to let go of old ways of being and embrace new beginnings just as nature starts over anew in the Spring. This day will help you connect with nature, rest in the stillness and truth of your true being and then return home with a renewed sense of well-being. The day will also include a delicious home cooked organic vegetarian lunch, cakes, teas and coffees served during the course of the day. Strictly limited to twelve people. Price €100. If you have any questions about the day or would like to book your place, please call T.J. on 086-1944547

About the facilitators
Trish Cameron works as a spiritual life coach and celebrant. She has trained for many years in indigenous spiritual traditions. These lineages understand that we are all interdependent and that love and oneness is at the core. Once we find that love and connection within, we can be at peace with ourselves, offering our unique gift to life. Trish is expert at compassionately guiding people into this sacred space within themselves.
T.J. is both an artist and gardener, having built a reputation for his talent in both of these creative pursuits. An abstract painter T.J. is represented by the Taylor Galleries and his work is contained in many private and public collections. As a gardener T.J. has created the award winning Patthana Garden. This sanctuary reflects T.J.s’ deep spiritual connection to plants and wildlife.
