Reconnect to self retreat

This will be a very special and powerful retreat where we get to reconnect with ourselves. In doing this we rediscover what ultimately brings us joy. From an early age we learn that being ourselves doesn't always meet with the approval of others. In our quest for acceptance and love, we often hide parts of ourselves away. We become 'other'. On this retreat we investigate how we have kept ourselves from being authentic. Through guided meditations and ceremony we begin to recognise, understand and learn how to let go of the things that have kept us from living as our real selves. In doing this we open the door to our future, where we can meet ourselves anew and be our own best friend, content in our own uniqueness.
